Brand ambassador& Membership coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Brand Ambassador & Membership Coordinator to engage with the community and enhance our brand presence. This role involves patient outreach, marketing initiatives, event coordination, and fostering meaningful connections with current and prospective patients.
Job Type:
Part-Time (approximately 20 hr/week)
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Events: Plan and coordinate events, collaborate with leadership on guest lists, and ensure smooth execution.
Patient Acquisition and Onboarding: Promote and educate prospective patients about membership benefits. Onboard new patients to the practice and ensure a seamless transition of care to our office.
Patient Outreach & Retention: Follow up post-appointment and conduct annual check-in calls.
Patient & Staff Experience: Help create a welcoming, safe, and inspiring office environment for patients, families, and the community.
Social Media Management: Assist in content planning, creation, calendar management, and editing.
Newsletter Development: Contribute to monthly newsletter content and planning.
Brand Representation: Act as a professional and positive advocate for LBMD & Associates at events and in the community.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in sales, marketing, social media, or event planning is a plus.
Passion for healthcare and community engagement.
